Got some exciting news to share ❤️

Recently I was given an amazing opportunity to advance my teaching career at a studio here in Providence, Rhode Island. I am ✨thrilled✨ to share that I was accepted into training for @cyclebar (Group 152❤️) and am in the final weeks of instructor bootcamp. I can’t overstate how ecstatic I am for what this means, both professionally and personally. Lots more news to come on that soon.

However, sometimes when a door opens it means another must shut. And as a result, I’ve made the difficult decision to leave @healthworksfit

It has been an honor sharing my love of movement and bikes that go nowhere with this special community. Whether you are a regular in my classes, front desk staff, a fellow instructor or trainer, you’ve had a profound impact on my life, shaping me into the instructor I am today. Thank you to the HWX community for welcoming me and giving me space to find my voice.

A very special thank you to @jalynn___b for seeing my love of cycling through my anxiety and giving me what would be a life-changing chance. Thank you for trusting me to serve the HWX community, it has truly been an honor.

My last class will be February 3rd, where else and when else but 930a @ Back Bay 🥹❤️ I am teaching my regular schedule until then, so we have time still for jumps, runs, bass drops and bangers 🚨

Here are just a few of my favorite moments over the last few years. ❤️

With the most sincere gratitude,
Allie ❤️
