Made the Tipsy Daisy cocktail from @maggiejhoffman.
Hood strawberries, Serrano peppers, vodka, basil, cava and chamomile tea are delicious together. The peppers give this easy drinker a nice bite at the end. And really, how can you go wrong with Mt. Hood strawberries? #batchcocktails

Every once in a while I try a new cocktail recipe and I get FEELINGS. This cocktail from @maggiejhoffman is so good that I found a juicer specifically to to make this drink. Freshly juiced ginger, sesame oil and mezcal taste fresh and interesting without being confusing. 10/10
2 oz mezcal
3/4 lime juice
1/4 oz fresh ginger juice (don’t use and then break your citrus squeezer trying to make this)
1 oz of simple
2 drops of sesame oil

Shake everything and pour over fresh ice and top with soda water. #mezcal #cocktailsinthetimeofcovid

Since we love whiskey, we thoughtwe’d perfect some delicious new batch whiskey 🥃 cocktails. The newest one we tried is made with @kentuckypeerless straight rye with the help of some apple 🍎 brandy and #giffardliqueurs dry curaçao plus a bit of orange bitters. The recipe comes from @maggiejhoffman and her book Batch Cocktails. I’ve added a special twist to make it my own and I hope in the very near future we can toast with one of these Whiskey Spirits together!! 🌈. Cheers y’all’s.
