Summer reflection.

I haven’t had my health this summer, the nuances of which don’t need to be on Instagram. Between work, guiding and volunteering I found myself struggling to keep up with my “normal.” I have found so much support from clients, friends, co-workers, and my husband.

Not being able to rely on my body to do the things that I was so used to accomplishing was devastating. I am thankful for all of the things I learned, and the patience I’ve grown. Healing isn’t linear but it feels like I have turned a corner, and identified the why behind my symptoms.

Here are some moments in between the flare-ups that mean a lot to me.

Happy birthday stud muffin

In this season your love has been my biggest strength.

Another year around the sun- not really sure how that works when the earth is flat.

Fishy friend Friday was a success! The more dogs, the merrier! Song choice only because @maggiemm12 and I couldn’t keep it out of our heads all day 😂

A little late sharing this but what a sweet little re-cap of my best friend’s year. West turned 4 on January 10th, and he has grown so much in his personality and our bond. Love you so much buddy, and I can’t wait to see you soon! 🖤
