Today I clipped in for my 1,000th class at Jibe — which is kind of wild!

That’s 750 hours on a bike that goes nowhere. 😂 And because I’m apparently incapable of taking just one class, so many of those days were doubles — 90 minutes at a time, usually before most people had finished their first cup of coffee.

But somewhere over the last 2½ years, Jibe became about so much more than a workout.

I’ve gotten on that bike or mat on some of the happiest days of my life, when I couldn’t wait to celebrate. I’ve gotten on it on days when I needed to clear my head, work something out, or just cry in the dark and ride a bike that goes nowhere for 45 minutes. Through all of it, it’s been there for whatever I needed that day.

And somewhere along the way, I found this incredible community and made friendships that extend so far beyond the studio. ❤️

Jo — thank you for creating this place, for your friendship, your encouragement and support, and for being on the podium with me for #1,000 today. It made this one even more special. And to all of the instructors and friends who showed up this morning to celebrate with me: I felt SO loved. Thank you. 🥹

And then there’s Zack, who deserves some kind of honorary Jibe membership at this point. 😂 Thank you for enduring the early-morning alarms and for always supporting this slightly insane obsession of mine. The fact that you drove downtown from Seabrook with me at 6:30 this morning, on our anniversary weekend, AND got on a bike to ride #1,000 with me pretty much seals it: Best husband ever. ❤️

1,000 down. A ridiculous number of alarms, a whole lot of sweat, some tears, so many laughs, incredible friendships and 750 hours of pedaling without actually getting anywhere.

Except somehow, I feel like it’s taken me pretty far. 🚲❤️✨

It’s a surreal feeling to be in the middle of a moment, knowing it’s about to become one of your most favorite memories. That’s exactly what bexlorette weekend felt like - so many belly laughs, woo’s, belting throwbacks, dancing till our legs were sore, mama Juana, chambongs, Justin Bieber, and so much love. I’ve never felt more supported and am blown away by all of the people who continuously show up for me.

I keep getting asked what my favorite part was, and while the boat day and living out my Lizzie McGuire fantasies at Coco Bongo were unforgettable, the answer is easy: watching all of the different parts of my life come together and genuinely become friends. Seeing a home friend, a post grad friend, a college friend, and a family member all sitting together at dinner, strangers at first but so naturally connecting, laughing and loving each other is a memory I’ll cherish forever.

Shoutout to my sister and the MVP of the weekend @cqmaroney for planning the most epic trip and absolutely blowing me away with every detail. I don’t deserve you!

Truly the best weekend of my life - grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. This trip was what dreams are made of

750 taught classes later….HEART SO FULL 💙

I am beyond grateful for the @jibesouth community and for every single person who has shown up, ridden with me before the sun even rises, and supported me on this journey. This space has given me more than I could have imagined - some of my closest friends, resilience, strength & so.much.joy.

There’s something so powerful about finding what you love and leaning into it fully. Not just in those high, easy moments, but also in the hard ones. Embracing that growth has helped me realize how strong I am and to never shy away from your most beautiful authentic self ✨ Show the world your big energy and be loud about it.

Here’s to more Rihanna, more booty songs, more dancing with light up cat ears 💕🫶
