An unforgettable day on the platform @hiddenstrengthgym Showdown 💪🏾💪🏿Two big deadlifts that we’ve been grinding for: A world record for Kingston at 182.5 kg (402 lbs)🔥🔥 and 162.5 kg (358 lbs) for Brooklyn—absolutely crushed it! Many thanks to our coach @shabugainz75kg for getting us there!

Okay meet. Good memories. Kurtsquats had some technical difficulties, but it’s fine. Forced other lifts to step up. Very meticulous on self past couple weeks and brought good last minute form changes. Weighed pretty light (wouldve actually been 158 after kurt poops lol).
