About last night…✨💃Our @wipacolorado Q4 event in Vail, Colorado, brought us together on the most beautiful family-owned ranch, and I had a total blast reconnecting with industry friends and making new ones!

Thank you to everyone who danced with me, shared a laugh, and took the time to connect. I’m so grateful to be part of this community. 🤍

If you’ve ever thought, “I know I need help, but I don’t even know what I’d delegate...” Start here.

Don’t begin with the question:
“What can a VA do?”

Begin with:
“What keeps taking my time?”

That answer will tell you a lot.

I’m living.

I’m able.

I’m breathing.

I’m grateful.

And sometimes, that’s enough of a reason to pause and appreciate where you are.

Especially in a season of building a business, it’s easy to keep looking at what’s next.

The next booking.

The next goal.

The next thing to fix.

The next thing to improve.

But today, we’re taking a moment to appreciate what’s already here.

The clients who trust you.

The work you’re able to do.

The creativity you get to pour into your business.

The people who continue to support you.

And the fact that you get to wake up and keep building something that means something to you.

Here’s to a new month. ✨
More beautiful work.
More meaningful connections.
More moments worth being grateful for.

Happy October, wedding besties. 🤍

Kidding aside... running a wedding business isn’t easy.

There’s the client work, the emails, the planning, the admin, the content, the follow-ups, the schedules... and somehow, there’s always something else that needs to be done.

You wear a lot of hats when you’re building a business.

But you know what makes all the hard parts feel a little lighter?

Doing work you genuinely love.

Seeing your client’s reaction when everything comes together.

Hearing them say they’re happy with the experience you gave them.

Knowing that the work you poured your time, creativity, and energy into made someone’s wedding experience a little more special.

That’s the part that makes it worth it.

And maybe that’s exactly why the behind-the-scenes tasks don’t need to take up so much of your time.

Your work matters.

And you should have time to enjoy doing it.

Your inbox will always have something waiting for you.

Another inquiry.

Another question.

Another follow-up.

Another email that somehow became urgent.

But just because something arrives in your inbox doesn’t mean it deserves your immediate attention.

Give your important work some space, too.

Your inbox can wait.

Your expertise can’t always.

Summers in Aspen are truly as good as it gets. ☀️

Between the crisp mountain air, golden-hour views, and the incredible community energy, there’s simply nowhere else we’d rather be setting the table.

We loved being part of this year’s Smuggler Social perched high above downtown Aspen at the historic Smuggler Mine. Supplying the rental foundations for an unforgettable evening of live music, craft cocktails, and surf & turf during Food & Wine weekend was an absolute highlight of our season!

A massive thank you to all of our incredible Aspen vendors, partners, and event community for bringing this magic to life and making our mountain summers so special.

Same time next year?! 🥂

You know what’s funnier than 24? 25. (I’ve waited my whole life for that one.)

Turning 25 in Colorado feels great! So does bagging 14ers eight and nine with new (and old) friends! 🏔️
