The secret to success with fitness? Find someone who makes you want to show up; who makes you want to push yourself and work harder; someone you can laugh with, swear with, and push yourself with! And yes- I am a personal trainer but it is still important to find that person that pushes me the way I push my clients. So thankful to have had the opportunity to work with the unparalleled @magic_sean_hall for the past few months! Only sad that we didn’t meet sooner! Can’t wait to come back and hit it hard again! 🥊 Hit him up if you want a fun, kick-ass workout!! #boxing #personaltrainer #fitness #healthandwellness #boxingcoach #motivation #trainthetrainer #boxingworkout #PRbyCaitlinRebe #prbycr www.PureRomancebyCaitlin.com

What an amazing week of Training Camp @tempo last week! 💪🏋️‍♀️ And just in case you’re still feeling all that hard work (i sure am ☠️), here’s a lil extra Monday Motivation brought to you by you’re favorite boxing duo. This drill took me so damn long to finally get down, so let this remind you that if at first you don’t succeed definitely try, try *that crazy complicated combo* again! If you want something bad enough- go get it. It’s Monday- time to keep being great!! See ya for a fresh week of challenging workouts 🙌 #harder2kill

No studio? No problem! Used one of my blank living room walls perpendicular to the window as a backdrop and used the window as my only light source. Wish I had more space for full body shots, but sometimes you just have to work with what you have! P.S. I hope that Sean’s wonderful smile brightens your day! 😍

P.S.⁣
This week I will be announcing a GIVEAWAY for my fellow BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Color) couples for a FREE photo session in SF. So keep an eye out for that very soon! 🙌🏼⁣

Looking for an effective way to get rid of that #quarantine body?! Try #boxing - IMHO, the most exhausting activity. Both mentally and physically. And as long as you’re not competing, you can avoid the #headtrauma normally associated with a #contactsport Thanks for showing me the light @magic_sean_hall 😊 . #floatlikeabutterflystinglikeabee #orthodox #southpaw .
