My own mirror of erised!

It's happy houseaversary today for me!
I got the keys to my own house 1 year ago and I've started transforming it into my home.

The first room complete (apart from the wall decor) is my very own fandom room!
I've been wanting a room to display all my fandom pieces for years and I finally get my dream!

I'm still working on the wall decor as I want to display completed jigsaws as wall art, and unfortunately im not very good at completing them 🤣😭

But I have found out I have a funko and loungefly addiction! Sadly all the pieces I own still don't fit in this room 🤭🫣 but I've displayed my favourite ones.

I'm pretty proud of how the room looks and can't wait to finish it up!

Anyone know any cheat ways of completing jigsaws?!

Feeling very much like an Oxford student in this photo when I actually have a Disney Cruise Line Spirit Jersey over my embarkation day dress!

Can you see it? Or does it just look like a Disney outfit?

SAD is hitting me strong this year.
I've no motivation at all.
I mean, I like snow, but trying to get over a chest infection with these temperatures is hard.

When everyone was posting pictures of their heavy snowfall, I thought I'd run outside in my new slytherin inspired coat and take some pictures. But our snowfall was pitiful compared to everywhere else!

Thank merlin, it's the weekend, and I can sleep in tomorrow! It was -6 this morning trying to defrost my car for work 🥶

What are your plans for the weekend?

🛒 coat - @newlook (was down to £21 in the sale! Bargain!)
Jumper dress - @shopmatalan
Time turner necklace - @wbtourlondon

Well, that's a wrap on 2024!

Like everyone else, this year has had its ups and downs.

The downs, we sadly lost two family members. My health took another beating this year, and there were many situations i wished i could have run away from.

But, through it all, i was able to create some magical memories that kept my light shining.

From exploring @stpaulscathedrallondon to @gloucestercathedral , @wbtourlondon to #goathlandstation and #hardwickhall .

I saw hocus pocus accompanied by a live orchestra, @cursedchildldn and @wicked_musical

Though i wished i could have had a holiday abroad, my savings this year means that hopefully come February, I will have moved into my very own house and be able to decorate till my hearts content.

Thank you to all the friends and adventures I've had this year and wishing for many more in the year to come!

I hope everyone has a magical 2025!
Happy New Year!
