🇺🇸 THIS LIFE OR NOTHING.

I’ve never been very good at doing things halfway.

Half committed.
Half alive.
Half convinced.

I need movement. Intensity. Projects that scare me a little. People who matter. Places I’ve never seen. Moments that make time stop for a few seconds.

Not because every day needs to be extraordinary.

But because I know how quickly years disappear when you start living on autopilot.

I’ve won. I’ve failed.
I’ve lost people, found others.
I’ve made good decisions and some spectacularly bad ones.

But through all of it, one thing has never changed:

I want to feel my life.

To build things.
To love hard.
To take the road that makes absolutely no sense to anyone else.
To collect stories instead of excuses.

One day, all of this ends.

Until then?

This life. Or nothing.

🇫🇷 CETTE VIE, OU RIEN.

Je n’ai jamais vraiment su faire les choses à moitié.

À moitié engagé.
À moitié vivant.
À moitié convaincu.

J’ai besoin de mouvement. D’intensité. De projets qui font un peu peur. De personnes qui comptent. D’endroits que je ne connais pas encore. De ces moments où, pendant quelques secondes, le temps semble s’arrêter.

Pas parce que chaque journée doit être extraordinaire.

Mais parce que je sais à quelle vitesse les années disparaissent lorsqu’on commence à vivre en pilote automatique.

J’ai gagné. J’ai échoué.
J’ai perdu des gens, j’en ai rencontré d’autres.
J’ai pris de bonnes décisions, et quelques-unes franchement catastrophiques.

Mais au milieu de tout ça, une chose n’a jamais changé :

Je veux ressentir ma vie.

Construire.
Aimer fort.
Prendre parfois la route qui n’a aucun sens pour les autres.
Accumuler des histoires plutôt que des excuses.

Un jour, tout ça s’arrêtera.

D’ici là ?

Cette vie. Ou rien.

I'd been waiting over 10 years for this one so unsurprisingly the pressure was bound to get the better of me. I completely cooked the exit, (camera doesn't show it) almost rolled onto my back and was close to bailing on the line. Thankfully, managed to recover and run it as intended.

The song felt too fitting... 💦😄

🇺🇸 Nothing about us is average.

We’re different, really different sometimes.

Not the good moments, not the bad ones, not the way we love each other.

We’ve been through a lot together, some incredible moments, some much harder ones too, and somehow, through all of it, we’re still here.

I’ve spent most of my life chasing the next thing, the next trip, the next jump, the next challenge, the next adventure.

But today, what I want most is much simpler.

I want to build a life with her.

The trips, the crazy stories and the big moments, yes, but also the normal days, the mornings at home, our projects, our families, and growing old together.

I have absolutely no idea what life has in store for me.

But I know who I want next to me when it happens.

And she said yes. 🖤

🇫🇷 Rien chez nous n’est moyen.

On est différents, vraiment différents parfois.

Ni les bons moments, ni les mauvais, ni la façon dont on s’aime.

On en a vécu des choses ensemble, des moments incroyables, d’autres beaucoup plus difficiles, et malgré tout ça, on est toujours là.

J’ai passé une bonne partie de ma vie à chercher la suite, le prochain voyage, le prochain saut, le prochain défi, la prochaine aventure.

Aujourd’hui, ce que j’ai envie de vivre est finalement beaucoup plus simple.

J’ai envie de construire ma vie avec elle.

Les voyages, les histoires improbables et les grands moments, évidemment, mais aussi les journées normales, les matins à la maison, nos projets, nos familles, et vieillir ensemble.

Je n’ai aucune idée de ce que la vie me réserve.

Mais je sais avec qui j’ai envie de l’affronter.

Et elle a dit oui. 🖤
