7 weeks out from my @pca_south_africa Pro Debut, and the posing practice continues. 💎✨

Some days you feel great, some days you question every single pose… and some days you wonder why your arms suddenly look like they belong to someone else.

But that’s prep! You keep practising, making adjustments and working on the little things that hopefully make all the difference on stage.

I still have plenty to work on, and that’s exactly why I practise. Being a coach doesn’t mean you stop learning or improving yourself. I expect my athletes to put in the work, so I need to do the same. 💪🏼

And of course, doing it in my @magicbikinis makes posing practice a little more fun.

Just a little check-in posing in one of my favourite Magic Bikinis✨💎

A good check-in bikini should do more than just look pretty… it needs to let you SEE the physique 👀

When you’re deep in prep, every little line, angle and change matters — so having a bikini that stays where it’s supposed to while you pose is a BIG win 😂

And let’s be honest… if I’m going to stand in a bikini and stare at myself from every possible angle, it may as well be a pretty one 😂

This one is colourful, sparkly, flattering and actually stays put — because the last thing I need during prep is to be fighting with my bikini while trying to check my physique. 😂

9 weeks out from my @pca_south_africa Pro Debut and slowly putting all the pieces together.

Trying not to overthink everything ✔️… working on that one. 😂

FROM SOUTH AFRICA TO THE WORLD STAGE 🇿🇦 ➜ 🇪🇸

We are incredibly proud to introduce Nadia van Biljon — Magic Bikinis Sponsored Athlete and NATIONAL CHAMPION. ⭐️

Nadia has earned something very special.

After taking GOLD at the South African Championships, she has been selected to represent South Africa at the 2026 IFBB Semi-Pro Bodybuilding World Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain. 🇿🇦🏆🌍

Now we want to help get her there.

Behind the stage physique is a full-time teacher, a mother and an athlete who has poured countless hours of discipline, sacrifice and determination into reaching this moment.

But international competition comes at a significant personal cost — and Nadia's journey to Worlds is self-funded.

So we're calling on our Magic family, the bodybuilding community, South African businesses and anyone who believes in backing people who have worked relentlessly for an opportunity like this:

💜 BACK NADIA. BACK A CHAMPION. BACK SOUTH AFRICA.

Her fundraising target is R40,400, and every contribution matters.

R100. R250. R500. R1,000.
It all moves her one step closer to standing on that stage in Spain.

And if you're a business or individual in a position to sponsor Nadia more substantially, we'd love you to become part of her journey to the World Championships.

SHE EARNED HER PLACE.
LET’S HELP HER GET THERE. 🇿🇦🇪🇸
