🦇 Bat head I did on my friend @freejordan

There’s a real responsibility — and a real honor — in tattooing another tattooer.

Thanks for the trust, brother 🙏

I always ask people which one hurts more; lining or shading. I am no longer surprised by what I hear. Which one is more painful for you?...

Its always fun to talk about the pain of tattooing, knowing how much an area hurts first hand feels like a badge of honor, that you get to talk about with pride.

@magiccobratattoo turned 15 years old last weekend, it was a blast of a flash day celebration. It was a crazy coincidence that there was 2 swallow tattoos were happening at the same time, and same for the 2 snakes, definitely some luck in the walls (and the ceiling !) Thanks for letting me stop by and film some of the fun that was being had, and letting me ask a bunch of questions about all the dope tattoos. It ended up being pretty crazy in there, one of the most packed shops I've ever been in, with everybody stoked it was a great energy to be around.

A fun swallow tattoo during the flash day celebration @magiccobratattoo. Always cool to learn the history behind classic traditional tattoo designs. The orange design was also super cool, bringing in the story of the phases of the moon. Always love when clients and artist collaborate on designs.
