Your sound practice, your way. ✨

I’ve worked with many different practitioners who are buying singing bowls to be able to use them in client sessions.

They all do it a bit differently. Yes, they usually offer sound baths but the way they share sound is unique to them.

They create their own sound offering depending on the other modalities they use in their practice and who they like to work with.

You will have seen this in the client features I’ve been sharing this year, highlighting the sound practitioners in our community, sharing their story and providing you with examples of what bringing singing bowls into your practice would look like.

I’ve shared practitioners who combine sound with everything from yoga and Reiki to astrology and vocal coaching. For the full rundown of different ways these practitioners incorporate sound into their offerings, go to the IKTG blog.

💫 Read ‘Different Ways to Add Sound Healing to Your Practice’ to get inspired about what you could do with crystal singing bowls.

One of the many reasons I love Yin Yoga is that it can help us remember that yoga is for us all. No matter how your skeleton is built or what kind of length your muscles have, you bring the poses to you and make sure it suits your wonderful body. You are built so amazingly, so bring in these practises that help you remember just that❤️
