This review from @magilbert is everything I dared to hope for when I poured my heart and soul into writing Soulbbatical. 🧡

To hear that my rebel blend of humor, raw storytelling, and profound growth experiences is resonating with you, making you laugh, and helping you find deeper meaning in your own lives—well, that’s what it’s all about.

THIS is why I do what I do (and be who I be!).

But, I’ve been holding back. Requesting reviews (let alone sharing them) seemed self-serving.

Until a friend called b.s. on that story I was telling myself. She reminded me that impact is my success currency and the only way my work is going to liberate more souls is for more souls to share their experience with it. That’s Ripples of Impact in motion. (Insert sucking sour lemons face as I take a shot of my own medicine.)

SOOOOO…if Soulbbatical has stirred your soul or changed your life in any way over the past 4 years, please share it with the world. Shout it out here and/or head over to Amazon or GoodReads (links in BIO) and leave a review.

I’m forever grateful to be on this journey with you. THANK YOU, SOUL FAM 🧡✨

Well, we did it! We made it to the summit of Mount Fuji! Our group of 13 women and 1 man (8 of whom are relatives) started at 4 am. The crescent moon and Venus in the sky were inspiring. It was a hard and grueling climb, but we rested when needed, kept each other’s spirits high and accomplished a very big bucket list goal. It was a spectacular experience.

Throwin’ it back to the Summer of 2012, when The Mommas had their east coast debut. We packed up the San Francisco crew and headed to Baltimore, where we had a wonderful run at The Strand Theatre, (during a heat wave!) We ended up with a 5 star review from Broadway World and so many incredible MOMMAries. Including one of our best shows ever to a packed, raucous & loving house at a historical venue on the Main Street of a little Chesapeake Bay town. And yes our cast party involved crabs with old bay. It was MOMentous, Hon! 🦀❤️🦀❤️
I will never forget that Summer of MAMAraderie and MAgical MAyhem…for those are the best MOMents of our lives. 🩶
We are taking this Summer off, after last years Edinburgh Fringe MAdness, and a full year of shows in MD, NYC, SF, Calistoga and LA…Momma’s tired. But stay tuned for exciting news about Fall shows…and our first show in Baja Mexico!!! Viva La Momma!!! 🌺🇲🇽💃🏽
& Happy Summer 🌞🫶🏼🐝
