POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost cannot believe how many incredible people I’ve met in the last couple of months, it feels like a gift from the universe.

This summer has been insane so far... Colorado, France, Italy, Poland, and now off to Vietnam this weekend, then Scotland for my beautiful sister and soon-to-be brother-in-law’s wedding.

It’s wild when you meet people you instantly, effortlessly connect with. It’s like an energetic wave just syncs up with theirs and there’s this flow that feels alive, present, and deeply connected. The heart and mind come into unison, and life simply flows through one another. It’s so special.

I’m not going to tag everyone (I’d run out of space lol), but you know exactly who you are. I’m so grateful for you. Your presence has had such an impact on my state of being this summer.

I’ve made friendships in the last few months that genuinely feel like they’ll last a lifetime, with so many adventures and memories still to come.

It’s bizarre how I feel like I met long lost brothers. Insane.

Shoutout to my South African Burger Boys, and to the whole @theartofmondays crew in France. That experience was on another level.

It was there that I met @jai.journeys and @kemp.zp in person for the first time.

A few days after the event, Jai called me saying he wanted to learn Vedic Meditation before spending 10 days solo in the Serbian mountains to write his latest book, ground, breathe and meditate.

Two days later, he flew to Germany and brought the legend that is Kemp with him.

Having them in my space for a few days was such a joy. The playfulness, curiosity, and electricity these guys bring is inspiring. I felt completely at ease, fully myself, and so energized exploring spirituality together. They were both so open to diving into the deeper questions of life and exploring the shift from the human doing state back into our original human being state.

It was a real privilege to initiate them into the Shankaracharya lineage of Vedic Meditation.

Here’s a few snaps from those beautiful days together in July.

Can’t wait to see you all again hopefully soon. ❤️

Zuletzt bei iamlaurushka...

June, you were full. 🌼

Miles on the bike, trains to different cities, old friends, new faces, long conversations, little adventures, a few goodbyes, and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time.

This month reminded me of something I keep forgetting: we’re often so focused on what’s next that we barely stop to see how far we’ve already come. I’m definitely guilty of being my own biggest critic.

So here’s your little reminder (and mine):
Be proud of yourself. Celebrate the small wins. Growth isn’t always loud, but it’s always happening.

Life keeps changing. People move away, paths cross, and somehow home starts existing in more than one place. And maybe that’s a beautiful thing.

Thank you, June. to more adventures, more courage, and choosing kindness toward ourselves. 🤍

“Look how far you’ve come, not just how far you have to go.”

und nicht vergessen:

Zuletzt bei iamlaurushka ...✨🌙🚴‍♀️💃🧘‍♀️

I’ve learned that life isn’t won in the big moments.

It’s won on the mornings when your body hurts and you get up anyway.
On the days when your heart feels heavy and you still choose to meet your friends.
On the evenings when you’re exhausted but dance one more song.
On the countless ordinary moments where nobody is watching.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to keep the machine running.

Not by ignoring pain.
Not by pretending everything is easy.
But by carrying all of it with you and moving forward anyway.

Rheumatoid arthritis has taught me that health is never something to take for granted. Some days I feel strong. Some days I don’t. Yet somehow, step by step, ride by ride, conversation by conversation, life keeps unfolding.

One of the people who inspired me recently is @ardasaatci . Watching someone run across route 66 reminded me that the limits we feel are often much closer than the limits that actually exist.

And maybe that’s the beauty of it all.

Not being fearless.
Not being perfect.
Not being the strongest person in the room.

Just refusing to stop believing that tomorrow is worth showing up for.

At the end of the day, it’s always you versus you.

The quiet battle between who you are, who you were, and who you’re becoming.

And if all you did today was keep the machine running.

that’s already something beautiful. ⚙️❤️✨
