Joyfully Made has become so much more than I ever imagined. From the beginning, my goal was to create pieces girls could make their own. To see Joyfully Made be worn by so many precious girls has been so sweet. Thank you for being here! 💌🥳👏🏼💘🥹🤸‍♀️😇

My take on this trend as we head into August 🤍

July was a glow-up month for Dane and I. We really took the time to look at our routines, home, spending, and what actually makes us feel happy!

Swipe for longer explanations 👉🏻

I definitely have a list of products that make all of these things easier linked on Shopmy lol, but this is our baseline!

At the end of the day, no amount of money can buy physical, financial, emotional, or mental health. The older I get (only 25, but still), the more I realize how much a glow-up is really just creating a life that feels good to live in. 🤍

1. Buy it nice or buy it twice.
This month we really took time to get our money up and audit some of our purchases. We did a massive declutter of our house and it made us realize how much we value having fewer better things. We don’t like purchasing dinky things or holding onto things “just in case.” We’d rather wait, save, and buy something we love that’s going to last. Minimalism is key for us because peace and timelessness are key. Your 100% cotton clothes are going to last longer than the polyester ones I’M SORRY 😭

2. Weekly dinner with friends.
Our friend group has started switching off hosting dinner each week. As adults, it can be hard to make plans on the spot when everyone’s lives are so busy. Having one day a week where you know you are going to see your people takes the stress out of it! Plus, it’s good for you!! Having strong and healthy relationships is worth everything.

3. Gym membership and lifting 5x a week.
Having a set time and routine for the gym makes it so much easier. Movement is a gift. Strength is important. Dane and I have been going every weekday (like a date!) and sometimes on the weekends too. When you take care of your body, taking care of everything else becomes- I swear! Bonus points if you can get a membership that includes amenities like a sauna, cold plunge, etc.

4. Less screen time.
I’m going to be so real, I’m horrible at this. But I feel so much better when I actually stick to it and put my phone down! I’ve been using @opalapp to help manage my screen time. I know my SIL uses @getbrick and loves it too! I’ve also started reminding mys
