Thrive Within · Filleadh ort féin is officially live. 🌿

This is a big moment for me.

After months of planning, creating, questioning, tweaking, dreaming (and yes, overthinking it all 😅), I’m finally ready to share it with you.

Thrive Within is a 13-week online journey to slow down, reconnect with your body and create meaningful change.

A space to pause, breathe, move and reflect, from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

It’s for those seasons when you’re doing all the things, keeping everything going… yet somewhere along the way you’ve lost a little connection with yourself.

Maybe you’re ready to make more space for yourself, listen to your body and build greater self-trust.

A space to slow down.
To breathe.
To move.
To reflect.
To reconnect.

And to explore what matters to you, at your own pace. 🌱

I’m so grateful to everyone who helped bring this to life, for the encouragement, ideas, support, filming and belief. Special thank you to Mags for the beautiful footage. 💚

Enrolment is now open, and we have a new start date: Monday, 16 November 2026. ✨

If this speaks to you, you can find the full details and enrolment link in my bio.

And if someone comes to mind who needs this right now, please send it their way. You never know what someone might be carrying quietly.

Tá an spás seo ann duit. 🌿

Breathe. Move. Grow. Thrive.

Grá mór,
Marian

In Australia my mornings used look like:

Early mornings
Beach/Swim
Coffee
Connection
Dogs

And now that I’m back in Ireland?

My mornings look similar.

I’ve worked hard to make it this way because if I had come home and allowed myself to slip back into old habits, my mornings would look very different.

Life is about building your routine to reflect YOU.

Start there, and things feel a lot lighter ☀️

Grateful to @suileilespace for creating My Round mornings 🌻

Our MOMENTUM Showcase was a hit with performers Rachel Sheil, Melanin Tee and Aneta Dortová.

Followed by a CEILI AFRO DABKE UKRAINE with Catherine Young Dance!

A huge thank you to the support of the Town Hall Theatre crew, Atlantic Audio, funders Galway City & County Councils and the Arts Council.

GD could not make this happen without Mags, Ama and Giovana! 🙏🏼 💚

Bhí áthas orainn fáilte a chur roimh John Murphy (editor) agus Máire Ní Chonláin (Commissioning Editor, @tg4tv), who, along with Dathaí Keane, shared their experience and insights with the participants.

☕️A networking event in @aras_na_ngael brought together Irish-speaking crew from across the country for an evening lán de chomhrá agus de chomhluadar .

🎥 The week finished with the participants getting the opportunity to direct and film a scene working with professional Irish speaking actors and crew, to put their learnings into practice.

🧡Cruthaitheacht, pobail agus cumhacht na scéalaíochta - huge thanks to everyone who made it unforgettable!
