my epic morning, Matcha recipe. First start with hot water I put it right into the blender then I put the following honey (make sure you get your honey because there’s a lot of adulterated honeys out there) Alpha GCP, Irish sea moss, MCT powder (forgot to show that in video, Lions mane, and about five macadamia nuts, which is the secret sauce. I’ve just recently started doing, and it gives a little texture to the Matcha, and I love the taste that a little bit of macadamia nut adds that nutty flavor. try this recipe and get back to me if you like it there’s so many different ways. You can create something really healthy for your brain and your metabolism to start your day. I always start my day with a freshly squeeze, lemon with water and lately I’ve been adding pectin and always use my typical binder with that. Very important to always take binders when you do your lemon in the water in the morning.

The peptide crackdown may finally be coming to an end.

The FDA has sent a new interim policy on compounding certain peptides to the White House for review, a step that could make them more widely available to Americans across the country. Steak 'n Shake is taking its beef tallow fries and tots from the drive-thru straight to grocery store freezers, so you can bring the tallow trend home. And USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins says she is working on a way to strengthen Product of USA labeling without waiting on Congress to pass mandatory country of origin labeling, making it clearer when meat isn't actually from the U.S.
