Everybody needs a reset - a chance to turn off their phones, to give their body and mind a chance to truly live in the moment. Our Utah River Trip is just this - everyday we leisurely paddle to our next camping spot (stand up paddle or kayak — it’s your choice!), we take breathtaking hikes, we practice grounding yoga, we eat all the good food, and celebrate each days journey with happy hour and a toast to the day and to each other.

And the sprinkles on the cupcake? We send you home with professional photos just like these from the entire trip - yours to cherish and share forever.

This year’s trip is August 10th-15th. Join the Adventure at www.girlswithgrit.fit ☀️

It’s your lucky day. We just had a few last minutes spots open up for our Intro to River SUP Clinic this Saturday. ☀️

For beginners, learn how to stand up with confidence as well as basic and advanced stability skills. For more advanced paddlers, learn how to paddle more efficiently as well advanced footwork and strokes. Flip rescue, water analysis & turning skills, stroke analysis, rough water skills, moving water vs. still water technique are also covered.

Our clinics start on a private lake before we drive up the road to start our river adventure together. Professional photos + videos from our day, use of our demo fleet of boards and paddles and pfds, expert instruction, snacks + happy hour food and beverages (@tietonciderworks ⚡️) are included as well as a stacked swag bag from @girlswithgrit.adventureco 💥

If you live in North Bend or want to take a little drive this summer, head to @pearlandstonewine for some tasty wine & to check out some of my @mahremedia art that’s now up in a few of their tasting rooms.

I have 9 pieces on display — some are prints on canvas with hand made barnwood frames by @andymahre and others are prints on metal.

Alongside each piece, I have written a note that tells a bit of a story behind the photo - so grab a glass of wine, walk through the rooms and step into some of our adventures.

These are all limited edition pieces and if you fall in love with one, you can purchase it and take it home with you that day.

Happy Monday, friends. Thank you for supporting small businesses. ✨
