I’ve been educating & mentoring other Pilates teachers for the past 5 years, and outside of helping my clients achieve their goals, this has been (and continues to be) one of the most rewarding aspects of my Pilates career 🙌🏽.

This year also marks 12 years that I’ve been teaching Pilates, and I simply cannot believe it 😱! Over a decade of experience which includes:

✅ Working at studios teaching both privates & groups

✅ Owning my own fully booked & waitlisted home studio for 8 years

✅ Creating and successfully running my own workshops (including my Pre & Postnatal Certification)

✅ Helping teach multiple teacher trainings

✅ Filming for @dynamicpilatestv & @fusionpilatesedu

✅ Mentoring Pilates teachers via my own 1:1 programs

It’s an honor to share my knowledge 🤓 with other teachers, and it brings me great joy to see newer teachers thrive. This work we do is so important & when Pilates is applied correctly, it really has the power to change lives ✨. I’m so excited to continue mentoring and teaching—lots of new ways to work with me are coming soon. Stay tuned and have a wonderful week 💃🏽!
