Consistency was the key to success for me this year. I'm greatful of all the riders who raced this season, and even more greatful of @estreetmxpark for giving Quad riders a place to race.

I wanted to share with you a recent near death experience I had and how God not only protected me from it but gave me perspective. I no longer have the Z400. Between nearly being paralyzed from the wreck, to moments later nearly being burnt to a crisp, and moments after that nearly being caught by a venomous snake, this day was not shaking up to be my day. I won’t enter too much into details on how it happened because that’s not the point of this post, but I will say God is so incredibly good, and I’m incredibly grateful to be alive and free of injury. For a long time I’ve enjoyed both riding and racing ATVs but in recent years it has consumed more and more time to the point it became an idol. Something I hadn’t realized until after this happened. 4 years of building, rebuilding, racing and rebuilding again was taken away in moments. My life though was not, because God Almighty has a special message to convey thru me and it’s far more important than racing: “Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.”

Jesus loves us, and He didn’t die and rise again for you to have any material in particular, we are merely administrators of the things we believe to be ours, so we should prioritize the one who provides us with them. There were many sleepless nights I spent working on this quad, many days I spent thinking about what to do to it, how to get faster, how to fine tune everything. But my mind wasn’t churning quite as much on my relationship with Christ. Don’t make the same mistake. Put Christ first on your list of priorities. Put Him before everything.

This season is obviously over for me. Right now I’ll be just taking the rest of it to reflect and praise God.

What a night🔥 a solid night with little to no issues just a couple mistakes on my end. Considering we never rode the bike before the race and going from a built motor to a stock motor it was a massive step in the right direction. All in all happy with how it went and good to get the bad luck off our back. Massive thank you to everyone in the pits, everyone who made it possible and the companies that keep us going. Our pace and lap times were right up with the bikes on a tight, rough and fast course. Time to get back to work and make some more improvements and be ready for the next one. P.1 overall quad and P.15 overall.
