30. I think I know what home means to me 🤍

Home is my little twin siblings when we cause chaos around each other. They're my "why"

Home is the cold Berkeley air in front of Haas pavillion and late night tater tots

Home is Dance Precisions and riverbed til 4 am

Home is the dance community. Always evolving, always moving, always celebrating our joy in movement

Home is with the friends who are there for you even when you're far away 🥹

Home is on stage, even back corner is amazing when the crowd is roaring

Home is Twinkle

Home is 26.2 miles away , but somehow didnt feel that far

Home is with those who struggle and learn with you. Are you with me ?

Home is in the laughs and the jokes, on the random dinners where the food must be eaten slowly so we dont choke on it

Home is where love is remembered and celebrated,

Home is in the quiet moments- ebbs and flows included

Home is with you, despite being miles apart

Home is more than a person place or thing. Its anywhere love is felt and shared. And its been an honor sharing my home with any and all of you. Just make sure you leave your shoes at the door 😌

my long awaited prelude norcal appreciation post. about time lol

proud. that’s the word & feeling that encapsulates this entire experience the best. i’m so proud of this team, each and every one of these members, the choreographers, board, and most importantly, myself. this is truly so out of character for me to do this publicly, but it’s a goal of mine for 2026 to share my achievements & say i’m proud of myself.

i made my artistic director DEBUT on the PRELUDE stage. insane. i went up against professionals who have been in this game for as long as i’ve been alive as only a college sophomore. and i achieved my most important goal: teaching foundations. before even stepping into this role, i committed myself to the goal of teaching this team the styles, vocabulary, tools, and history of dance that make me love this art form so much. although i am absolutely in no way an expert and 100% still a student, i wanted to share as much as i could, and i achieved that on a level i could never have imagined. to have a FULL TEAM whacking section with dancers who’ve never waacked before was so surreal. and to top it off, having people both on and off the team tell me that THAT section was their favorite makes me so so happy. it was never all about winning, it was always all about this. (but placing 4th is definitely a cherry on top🍒😉)

thank you so much to my team for trusting in me and giving me this opportunity only as a sophomore. this being my only stacks set to direct was an absolute dream come true. this will forever be my favorite stacks set hands down🙇‍♀️ you all worked SO hard & it all paid off. you all inspired me & pushed me to be a better director every day.

(rest continued in comments)

my time as arts for stacks was short-lived but i truly would not have traded this experience for anything else. this set, team, everything forever holds a special place in my heart.

with love,
nat

AND BEST OF LUCK TO @main_stacks AT WOD LA THIS WEEKEND!!! will be screaming my lungs out for all of you🙌🥞

thank you 2025🫶

this was a year of lots of firsts and milestones & it was impossible to encapsulate it all into just 20 seconds. i grew a lot this year, many lessons were learned, and there were countless of accomplishments to celebrate. 2025 was definitely not easy, but it was sooo so rewarding. now, i can’t wait to see what 2026 has to offer🥳

the year I became a teacher.

It’s crazy looking back and realizing that I began teaching this year. It’s always been a dream of mine and to realize that I’ve been able to have a community alongside teaching warms my heart. Thank you to @watchsnowglobe for bringing so much joy, fun, and love within the staff and the community. Thank you @diddaluv for always bringing me back to my home! Thank you @bnb.dancecollective and @epworkshops for being a space where dancers feel confident and comfortable. And @citydancelive @inthegroovestudios and @main_stacks for allowing me to finish this year with love and gratitude.

And a big thank you to any one and everyone who has taken my class in any sort of way. It means the world to me.

2026 I will be back!! Teaching more, teaching everywhere, dancing everywhere! I am so ready 💘🫂
