This is an open letter to my “old” clients. If you’ve been to any of my sessions pre-pandemic, you may have observed through my social media posts that I’ve now been showing up differently. Yesterday, amidst heavy-dark news about a stranger, I tried my best to interrupt it by focusing on the little-big things I was grateful for! I shared with some people yesterday that I was so grateful for my FREE RIDES from one place to another. I was also so happy I got an ICE CREAM treat for dessert! Then of course I’m happy to be back, up and about with my HEALTH and I’m so thankful the people I had appointments with were so nice because they adjusted their schedules too. Huhu! Sometimes when I reflect, kahit mababaw, tears just fall. Like right now. I’m typing and I’m crying at the same time. Hahahahha! I’m so craaaay! 😂😭😅🤣 I love it though!
