Thank yous continued...Some people don’t simply show up, they pour their hearts into creating something beautiful. Three incredible women took time from busy weekends, simply out of kindness, to bring Ateliers Massart to life.

YAH Studios created the gorgeous balloon installation, but she does so much more than balloons. Everything she touches feels elevated and beautifully styled.

Botanica created a stunning floral arrangement that transformed the space, bringing beauty and grace during an already busy weekend.

Bleubelle Cottage created a French-inspired vignette that brought elegance and magic to the storefront. I could live in her shop, right around the corner on First Avenue!

Then there is Tom, my contractor and a man of endless hidden talents. He created my window decals in a pinch and produced the event video I shared. His creative work now has a name: TCVisuals. Check him out for real estate video and one-of-a-kind event slideshows.

It was also an honor to welcome Carole Bruno for a book signing. I photographed her book-cover portrait years ago, so hosting her here felt especially meaningful. Her books support beautiful causes, and a conversation with Carole will leave you changed.

Crestar, thank you for always supporting my business, from bringing cups when I run out to showing up with your support. Not long ago, I was crying in Brendan’s office, unsure where my business would move to. Look at us now. 🤎

Kristin Greene & Co., your continued support means so much to me.

Thank you to Kind Spirits and MainSail Kitchen for the gift cards, and to the East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce for making the ribbon cutting so special.

This was truly an East Greenwich affair, even our mail carrier stopped in! I felt embraced by this community. Thank you to everyone who contributed, attended, shared and celebrated.

A couple of years ago, I bought my first piece of “big girl art” here. Now it is home to Ateliers Massart. Full circle. Synchronicity at its finest, and no, we did not plan all those matching dresses!

Stay tuned for the story behind Ateliers Massart and everything you’ll soon be able to experience and book here.

Turns Out I Wasn’t Sad, I Just Needed A 3 Course Lunch On The Porch @mainsailkitchen in East Greenwich, Rhode Island…

Have YOU Been Yet This Summer?

Summer isn’t over, so why not cheers on the porch on Main Street in East Greenwich, RI with a few zero proof sips (aka, mocktails) at Main Sail Kitchen: We started with the Lychee Blossom Spritz (lychee syrup, coconut 🥥 cream, lemon juice and soda water) for me and the Coastal Palm Fizz (pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup, soda water, and non-alcoholic lyre’s white rum).

We started by splitting their Grilled Calamari (Herb-marinated squid tubes, roasted pepper polenta, and spicy pepper relish). A nice twist on calamari because it’s usually served fried around here, am I right?

Then we split their Lobster 🦞 Roll (because it’s still SUMMAH!) and their Bistro Burger which I highly recommend doing when you go. It doesn’t have to be on a Summer Friday; it could be a Summer Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tues., Wed., or Thursday 😆.

Finally we wrapped up lunch with a decadent piece of their ricotta cheese topped with fruit and a generous side of whipped cream. I couldn’t resist.

See you all on the porch at Main Sail Kitchen soon! 🔜

It was great seeing everyone at the grand opening of @mainsailkitchen in East Greenwich last night.

I love East Greenwich, it is such a hot spot for restaurants and cocktails in Rhode Island.

The Main Sail Kitchen menu consists of everything from salads to handhelds to handcrafted pasta and wood fired pizza.

I’m intrigued to go back and try their Signature Main Italian Fish & Chips.

And just a suggestion…have their house made Sicilian Tiramisu. Absolutely delicious!

Fantastic lunch today at the NEW @mainsailkitchen on Main Street in East Greenwich (formerly Besos)…

We started with 2 refreshing mocktails - mine was Passion Fruit and Karen’s was a Cucumber & Mint (marvelous on a 90 degree day in May in Rhode Island - while checking out the coastal inspired decor.

Then we split their Peruvian Cucumber Salad (another ideal choice for the hot weather, also heavenly and not overloaded with dressing) and their Wild Mushroom Crostini (sooo yummm, the stuff that culinary dreams are made of).

And we could leave without trying their decadent chocolate layer cake (made in house) with fresh whipped cream (also made in house!). It’s destined to become a Rhode Island classic.

This is a perfect spot for lunch with friends or a date night out with your significant other.

They also have outdoor seating on the wraparound porch. Next time I’m sitting there.
