This week, I hosted an event @apparatusstudio in NYC. I wanted to bring together the people who shaped my career, reconnect with the community I built over 20 years, and introduce them to what I’m building now with Bonfini Coaching.

Walking into that room reminded me of everything it took to get here. The late nights. The non-stop travel. The seasons that blurred together. The version of me that ran on fumes and called it passion.

That version of me got me here. But now I’m stepping into a version of life that actually fits.

It’s a real full circle moment to come back to NYC, feeling the same yet different. I now know what the cost is and what it means to leave an industry and a city I loved to build something totally new with no roadmap.

Because the things worth doing usually require you to do them scared.

Later this week, I’m going to talk about the burnout I carried for years and how I got to this moment. Because this isn’t just a highlight. It’s the other side of a very long journey.

Thank you to everyone who came out. I felt all of the incredible energy, love, and support, and I can’t wait to do it again!

There is something that happens when women genuinely root for each other.

Not politely. Not performatively. But really, truly, in your corner, celebrating your wins like they’re their own.

That’s the kind of community I want to build. And honestly, it’s the kind I’ve been lucky enough to already be surrounded by.

These 14 women in my life are all building something. Different industries, different journeys, different visions, but the same quiet power of a woman who decided to bet on herself.

Sharing joy is not a small thing. Telling someone “I see what you’re building and it matters” — that’s fuel. That’s the thing that keeps you going on the days when it’s hard and nobody’s watching yet.

On International Women’s Day, I don’t want to just celebrate women in theory. I want to celebrate these women, specifically, by name. They are all very special to me and I am grateful for them and all the amazing women in my life.

My Telegraph article on controversy in the beauty industry. 👆
There’s plenty to be legitimately critical of the Israeli government about right now - enough to get a million Israelis out on the streets, demonstrating against Netanyahu. But that doesn’t make it OK to demonise the country’s entire history and spread lies and conspiracies. That’s antisemitism (as defined by the gov). And we can’t allow it to go unchecked.
On social media, it’s near on impossible to get that nuance across. If you don’t denounce Israel’s entire existence, you will be labelled the most horrific of things - even if (like me) you’ve also written about the need for a Palestinian state (just not one intent on wiping out Israel).
We have to expect better on our British high streets.

Last night I performed for @thisisfanbod launch and I actually love that they styled for my performance in a completely different outfit from what I am used too.

It was so much fun to wear something different but also something form fitting that is comfortable.
