Styling is not just about putting together a look.

For Maite Inaê, we worked on her visual identity and stage, media and press styling developing a wardrobe that could communicate who she is as an artist.

We worked across multiple looks, colours and silhouettes, creating a visual language that could move from photoshoots to the stage.

One of my favourite pieces was this red leather look.

Maite brought me a reference, and from there we researched, developed and reinterpreted the idea into something specifically for her. We took inspiration from Alexander McQueen and had the piece custom-made in leather, fitted to her body.

But it wasn’t just about one look.

The monochromatic white look, the red leather piece and the other styling choices were all part of building a cohesive visual identity for her as an artist.

This is a side of my work I’ve always loved styling singers, DJs and performers for shows, music videos, photoshoots and the stage.

And it’s exactly what The ORO Method is about:

connecting identity, image and personal style into a visual language that feels like you.

Maite, thank you for trusting me with your vision.

Watching you bring it to life on that stage was very special.
