Ahhh it’s Wednesday and I’m still reeling from Friday’s gathering at the biohacking congress.

I had such a beautifully fantastic time speaking about women’s health labs, seeing friends (new and old), and getting covid tested! (I’m in the clear!)

We as humans are meant to be social.

We are meant to commune, gather, and enjoy each other’s company.

We are meant to find a crew of people with whom we can be vulnerable, learn from, and grow with.

Thank you @biohackingcongress for giving us the excuse to do that. And for Pavel for making us remember how to dance like no one is watching. 💃🏽

Even though this Thanksgiving will surely be different - and many won’t gather in person - I’m grateful for that time in the future when we WILL gather again! When I will hug everyone and I will relish and treasure it even more.
