A quick hello! 👋 👋 👋

Today, we had a resident who lived with us two years ago pop in to say hello. It makes our day (especially Gemma's, who also got a bunch of birthday flowers!)

Was great catching up!!!!

On Saturday, the tatami became a space of unity, grit, and purpose.

Judoka, coming together to fuel the dream, and stand behind our national cadets and juniors team as they head to Angola.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you to each and every one of you for coming out to learn and support the team. And a special thanks to @geronay48_oly for sharing your technique and experiences with such passion, and answering so many questions. And to Sensei @dycefulton, who will be going as Cadets Coach, who shared tips and techniques after his experience coaching at the Region 5 Youth Games in Namibia.

We have limited tags - so please tag one another in the comments and share. We can’t wait to host another, in prep for the next international soon!
