Little bit of friend appreciation slop post, tried to tag more of ya’ll but fascism is when instagram doesn’t let me tag more than 20 people😭🥀 If you see yourself just know you alright twin.

But in all seriousness I just wanted to show my appreciation of all my homies, OGs of almost 10 years to the new jits I’ve had the great pleasure of knowing these recent years. I’m not very good with words but you guys make this unc feel young again ( still in my 20s). I’m a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love and appreciate dearly. With 2026 almost wrapping up, I’ll be busy putting in that overtime till next year so I won’t be around much as I would like. I’ll be attending my last 3 events in late October and November so hopefully I’ll be seeing some you guys in LA/ Pasadena and ending it off at Goodsprings. No worries I’ll still make time for a drink and walk around town.

Scenes from Anthro SoCal taken on Thursday and Friday!

The entire weekend was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and I got to see so many of my friends again and met new ones! Thursday was day 0 of the convention so I really only picked up my badge and talked with some friends. My legendary friend that I've known since middle school even pulled up to hang out. He means so much to me as we've been through a lot together. Having him with me for a short time on Thursday and Friday really kept me from staying in a sad mood. Truthfully I've been in a really bad spot lately and made some mistakes with some good friends that I'm trying to repair. It hurt a lot and still does now but my friends were able to keep my mind off things during the weekend and I was able to actually enjoy their company and myself. I really love and appreciate them for that. I was definitely still sad and awkward on Thursday and Friday but I started to feel better on Saturday and Sunday. We enjoyed dinner together Friday night and even had friends show up to comfort me that weren't even at the convention. That is what really cheered me up because I do have people that care deeply for my health and safety. I never imagined that I would have this kind of friendship as a teen. I was feeling extremely alone once I got to the hotel at first but that quickly vanished. What I have is extremely rare and I will do more to protect it. Love you guys. Ending on a lighter note, furries know how to party. 😹

Photos from Sunday at Anime Impulse! Definitely a hot summer day. 😓 Was so happy to see my friends again. To me you all make life worth living. I know I sometimes don't show it and I definitely know that I have a hard time believing it but I'm trying so so hard to learn and trust that people do care about me. I'm trying so hard y'all. Trying so hard to stay and continue to be an authentic part of my friends lives. 🫠 I just need to walk a fine line to avoid being overwhelmed and avoid being too much. I hope I'm not too much. One step at a time. 🫣

Sunday I rocked a Miku themed fit which is really coming together fairly well. Did another photoshoot too! Got squatted and picked up and spun around and that was actually really fun. Perks of being ultra lightweight. 😅 Ended the con with some dinner, smokes, and dessert. 🍲🍜🚬🍧🍨

Selfies and scenes from Saturday at Anime Impulse 2026! I am so lucky lucky to have such amazing and genuine friends that actually care for me. I never would have imagined I would have such a large group of close friends that all share the same interests! Was super happy to see so many of my friends again. I even managed to smile in one of the selfies we took together which you all know is exceptionally rare. 😻

Smaller Anime and Pop Culture conventions are so much fun! 😸 It's easy to find your friends and stay together compared to the larger events. Saturday was so much fun in fact we barely engaged with the convention at all and really just made our own fun around the con. I went as my own flavor of Raven from Teen Titans, fit more to my style. Really liking how that cosplay is turning out. Even did a little photoshoot with @lasernasaur ! Met some new people Saturday and enjoyed PASTA after the convention. 🍝 Topped off with an afterparty as usual and some wandering around the city exercising some free will. 💪😺
