Question… Are you getting out of your comfort zone? If so, tell me how! Because that is how we evolve …

Here is Just a little throwback to 1 year ago at the awesome Olympia with my incredible, angel family.

These angel friendships last a lifetime… and open doors to new adventures …..

In fact, I am traveling all the way to Doha Qatar to celebrate a 50th birthday of one of my friends here Julia George, I cannot wait to give you a big hug! You helped me get out of my comfort zone, again , and schedule an adventure on my way to your birthday party!

I’m headed to Milan, Lake Como, Bologna, then to get on a ship and see the best of Greece on a 10 night cruise… Then flying to Dubai, where I’ll meet some of my Angel and IG friends I’ve never seen before, (@begohualde )and finally to Doha to celebrate the 50th of a special person and a special friend!!! and if I’m lucky, I’ll meet more new friends IRL. @susanna_tirpak.

FYI, at 60, I started lifting weights, after a lower lumbar fusion.
At 69,I started competing,
At 72, I just completed my 13th show in the UK.
