Like any great summer festival, our lineup was 🤌✨
20-minute fitness classes. Athletics clinics. A DJ. Great food and drinks. Even better people.

A huge thank you to everyone who worked and joined us for Summer Club Fest on Sunday. We love opening our doors and sharing The Sporting Club community with the larger Philadelphia community. Until next time. 💪⚡⛹️🏌️🥊🚴🏋️🕺

Strong calves do more than look good—they help keep your whole body moving. 💪

Did you know your calves are often called your body's "second heart"? 🫀Every step and every calf raise helps pump blood from your lower body back toward your heart.

We checked in with barre instructor and personal trainer Makeda to break down the proper form for calf raises and why they're worth adding to your routine.

The benefits of calf raises include:

• Improve ankle stability

• Strength muscles, tendons, and ligaments around your ankles

• Support running, sprinting, and jumping performance

• Promote healthy circulation

Add calf raises to your next workout and thank us later.😉

A Spring Celebration, our Club Open House, was everything we hoped for—and more. 🫶

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday. The energy was high, the spaces were buzzing, and it was one of those afternoons that perfectly captured what makes this community so special.💥

From mini group fitness classes and hands-on clinics to incredible food, drinks, and conversations happening in every corner, the Club truly came alive. We loved seeing new faces experience it all for the first time, and our members connecting in new, unexpected ways.
And yes… a DJ under the chandelier on the fitness floor ✨🎧

If you’ve been thinking about joining, now is the time. Take advantage of our limited-time offer before rates increase for new members. Join before April 30 and pay just prorated April dues plus the initiation fee, and enjoy May and June included.

Schedule a tour today to see it for yourself. Link in bio.

When I was little I used to spend summers with the Queen of Harlem, my grandma. We always had somewhere to go and people to see. She couldn’t walk down the street without someone calling out to her. Saint Sarah knew everyone.

She had a group of girlfriends who were always DRESSED and smelled like White Diamonds. I didn’t know what they were talking about but I can still hear my grandmas laughter ring through the room.

This memory imprinted on me so deeply. I don’t dream of suburbs. I never have. I wanted to be a city girl running around with my friends enjoying our lives. Recently I realized that I’m fulfilling my dream in real time.

I am living the dream I asked for all those years ago looking out my grandmas window.

Cheers to another year. 2025 you weren’t easy but, you were sweet enough for me.
