For my 1000th post I thought I should post something meaningful, or personal, or at the very least insightful….. Instead I give you consistency…. 6 baddies taking down Thursday night pro prep with a little jazz funk. Maybe that is meaningful tbh :) #after #body #dance #fyp #1000

College sidelines prep with these rockstars 🎸⚡️🖤🎶

Love spending my Sunday with these dream-chasing, hard-working kids! Such a fun season of life they’re in, and I love watching them gear up for this next chapter. 🥹

I often find little sparks while I’m teaching—something they might need to hear in that exact moment—or I flash back to when I was preparing for my own next chapter. And one word always comes to mind: **CONFIDENCE!!**

Everyone preaches “be confident,” but confidence comes from preparation. You subconsciously become more confident the more you show up, put in the work, and get better. That’s why I love the grind and everything that happens behind the scenes. The end result? Just a bonus. ⭐️

Shoutout to these girls for showing up on Sundays, working hard, and ROCKING it out! You guys were unbelievable!!! 🖤

We did gameday prep + lots of challenging technique and across-the-floor combos that I’ll be sharing on my story! 👀

Thank you @jenniferamburn @makeitprodance for such a fun time! So grateful for you! 💜
