there’s a new boutique fitness studio coming to Old Bridge, NJ 👀

@makeittremble_oldbridge is bringing TREMBLE to the Jersey Shore, and if you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength training, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movements for a full-body burn without all the jumping.

The concept first opened in Miami and is now expanding into new markets, and ofc we’re always excited to see a new fitness option make its way to our area. They’re gearing up for the grand opening next month and a limited number of founding memberships are already available for those who want to lock in an early membership rate.

📍 2060 US 9, Suite 105, Old Bridge

Everything we know so far at the link in our bio.
