After weeks of sharing behind-the-scenes moments from our partnership with David and Melody Carr, it was incredible to celebrate the Grand Opening of Traditions at Heritage Grove together and welcome the community in to experience what we've been creating.

From thoughtfully designed homes to resort-style amenities for neighbors to connect, Traditions was created around the way families really live. Seeing so many of you come out to celebrate with us made the day even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special thank you to @davidcarr8 and @melody_carr for being such an important part of bringing this vision to life.

Traditions at Heritage Grove is officially open. We can't wait to welcome you home.❤️

Imagine a world where everyone gets to be fully themselves… then imagine driving through it✨

The maarte bakla-mobile, adorned in rainbow bows and filled with friends, loved ones, and the FIERCEST Filipina drag queen, moved down Olive together 😍

Everywhere I looked, there was joy.

The kind that spans generations, makes strangers wave, and reminds us that belonging isn’t something we find—it’s something we create together.

Seeing Filipinos light up when they spotted our float meant more than I can put into words. Not because this space belonged only to us, but because it didn’t. Friends from every background showed up with open hearts and helped create something beautiful together.

And it wasn’t just about what people saw. There were opportunities to connect, celebrate, and learn from one another. Do you know how happy it made me to teach people what #bakla means?

Shoutout to the titas, titos, and everyone in between who showed up with curiosity and love.

The future is bakla🌈🇵🇭

Another season comes to an end. So much fun, and so many memories! Weinachtsfest. The Avenue Christmas. Small group ladies. Failing at pottery. Candlelight service. Dana came to town and we did Fresno things, including the ball closet! I sang Selena with my neighbor at The Brig! We went to Pismo and met up with Beth. Always Guitar Center with Jonah. Birthday Brunch! I did some shady Facebook Marketplace trips. Valentines Day. Shoppe mirror selfies documenting how short I am. Disneyland!! And a ski day to wrap up the season. Phew! That was a lot. One day I’ll post in real time. Maybe.

It’s been a summer. We’ve had some amazing moments celebrating our anniversary, my birthday week 😂, a girls trip to Dallas, took the kids to Dallas to hang with @cambriajune and her family, many trips to Wild Water, and ended at the beach in Pajaro Dunes.

I’ve slowly been working on a few projects for Smith & Len but this summer has been busy with being present with my family.

Now we are back at it with all the schedules and back to working on a few projects, with one very big project that’s going to take up a lot of my time this next year. Stay tuned… 👀
