I’ve been to so many weddings in Hawaii over the years, but I still love seeing how different each one can be. This time, it was Ann and Haoyang bringing their Chinese and Korean traditions together, with both families celebrating by the ocean in Maui. I still remember how emotional Haoyang got when he first saw Ann, how everyone was laughing and crying during their vows, and how the night ended with everyone dancing and singing together under the Hawaiian sky. I’ve photographed so many weddings over the years, but moments like these never really get old. I think that’s what I love most about this job. Getting to know people, hearing their stories, and being invited to witness a little part of their lives. And hopefully, years from now, these photos will bring them right back to how it all felt. 🤍 👰🏻‍♀️ @_annchang_ 🤵🏻‍♂️ @haoyang.yu.1729 🏝️ Venue @ritzcarltonkapalua 📷 Photo @allen_caocaocao 🎥 Video @kenson_production 🎨 Makeup @makeup_jessicahi #hawaiiwedding #hawaiiweddingphotographer #mauiwedding #luxuryweddings #islandwedding

Grace, grit, and gratitude. ✨ It’s been a quiet moment on here lately, but behind the scenes, the past year has tested us, shaped us, and ultimately blessed us. We’ve seen the seasons change in Hawaii’s destination wedding landscape, and we’ve weathered every storm by leaning on our faith and the people who matter most. To those who know the full story and truly understand this craft—we see you, and we share the Aloha Spirit!. To our clients—past, present, and future—our commitment to absolute integrity has never (and will never) waver. That’s our promise. So deeply thankful to still be doing what we love, standing alongside the finest peers in this community, and creating magic for souls from around the world. 🌊🤍 #hawaiiweddingplanner #destinationwedding #brandstory #hawaiilife #weddingindustry faithandfamily

Sometimes, you just get completely swept away by the moments you‘re editing. 🥹 While working on Ivan and BoRong’s wedding reel with Lana Del Rey’s Young and Beautiful on repeat, this song popped into my head the exact second I saw their footage. They were just too perfect together. The music makes their interaction feel so cinematic and grand, like two souls walking toward each other through the vast wilderness of time, turning every ordinary moment into a masterpiece. “Will you still love me when I‘m no longer young and beautiful?” Looking at the light in their eyes, you already know the answer. ✨ Drop a 🤍 in the comments if this song gives you all the feels too! 😉 Also we want to give THANKS to the Team of the Day: 📍 Venue: @lanikuhonua 🪑 Rentals: @alohaartisans 📸 Photo: @allen_caocaocao 🎥 Video: @kenson_production 💄 Glam: @makeup_jessicahi 🎶 DJ: @blissdjshawaii 🎤 Dinner Emcee: @ishsalameh 🥥Coconut Bar & Lei Making : @coconut.boyz 🌸 Florals: @the_flower_bunny 🍸 Bar: @swooncocktailco 🍽️l Catering & Cake: @kenuikitchen 🎀Linens: @theweddinglinenco_ 😀Planning & Coordination: @hawaiiday_weddings “You are the light of the world, so let it SHINE ✨ “ #weddingfilm #hawaiiweddingplanner #youngandbeautiful #destinationweddinghawaii #weddingrecap

About fifteen minutes after sunset, there was still a little evening left. Wind through the grass. A veil lifting and falling. An old tree leaning toward the ocean, still standing after all these years. The island slowly faded into the distance, while Ann and Haoyang stayed a little longer, somewhere between the last light and nightfall. The ceremony details vs. the ceremony coming to life. This floral arch by @laflorevents was STUNNING. Every turn, every angle, every little moment in the arrangement had something new to fall in love with. But seeing it all come together as the ceremony actually unfolded was magical. The florals didn’t just frame the space, they brought the entire feeling of the moment together. One hour before the ceremony. Yan in white, her veil catching the Maui wind. Tony with his boys somewhere nearby. The girls finishing the last little things, everyone moving between shade and sunlight, trying not to think too much about what was about to happen. Outside, Wailea was doing what it always does so well. Palm trees moving in the trade winds, blue water beyond the lawn, the mountains sitting quietly in the distance. There is something I really love about this part of a wedding day. Before the vows, before everyone takes their seats, before everything officially begins. Just your favorite people around you, a white dress trailing across the grass, and one last quiet hour in Maui before walking into the rest of the day. To Yan & Tony. ❤️ 🤵🏻 @tonyho1992 👰🏻 @qihang_yan Venue @andazmaui Photo @allen_caocaocao Video @kenson_production Makeup @makeup_jessicahi #hawaiiwedding #hawaiiweddingphotographer #weddingbts #weddingvlog #mauiweddingphotographer
