Fighting #aiart with as many film cameras as possible. It isn’t as easy as typing a prompt but so much more rewarding getting back scans or peeling a #Polaroid and getting something beautiful and authentic that we created in real life.

Thankful for the creative team that worked on this cover shoot for @outsideberlin. And definitely support your local real artists!

When things are upside down is my time to shine. Shot this cover story on film with a lot of 4x5 in the mix and loved every moment. These old cameras aren’t the easiest to use but I love the process and of course the results are next level.

Switched over to using @zhiyun_usa continuous lights for this shoot as it makes seeing the final lighting and viewing the focusing ground glass so much easier.

@outsideberlin magazine cover story for the June print edition

Shot on film with @cinestillfilm and @polaroid

All good vibes on this shoot for the cover of Outside Berlin. Check out the magazine for art, fashion, musings and other things created by real people. No AI here! Imagine that!

A few shots from the @outsideberlin June edition cover shoot. All on film. Amazing crew. Crazy day. But at the end of the day… it’s better than some computer trying to make art.

Using large format film cameras on magazine shoots like it’s the return of Y2K.

Shot just a single 8x10 Polaroid during the cover shoot for @outsideberlin June print edition. Nothing like the process of shooting large format Polaroids. Very grateful for this team.
