Today marks two months married to my favourite person 🥹

The one who feels like home, fills my life with laughter, makes everyday moments so much more fun, loves me fully in every version of myself; the loud days, the quiet days, and all the silly ones in between - and the one who brings out the best in me without ever trying to change who I am 🤍

Two months on from this incredible day & we are still very much smiling, still laughing, still choosing each other… and happier than ever doing life as husband & wife 💍🪝❤️‍🔥

Julia & Lewis celebrated their love on a stunning winters day at Buckland Estate. The sun stayed out all day, filling the afternoon paddocks with golden light. So much joy, laughter, dancing and celebration with family and friends into the night with the cozy shed heaters. It’s my first wedding back in Australia for this season and it feels good to kick things off! 🙌🏻

🥹🥹 I’m not crying you are.

Two years ago, I took a leap of faith and opened Mane Code + Co 2.0, completely naive to what it truly meant to open a salon and run a business. I had no idea just how much blood, sweat, and tears would go into building something from the ground up—the long nights, the endless learning curves, and the sacrifices that came with chasing a dream. It ain’t easy lol

But through it all, I’ve been incredibly blessed by the people who have supported me along the way—my amazing clients, my incredible team that’s continuing to grow, friends and most importantly my family who is my biggest motivation to strive for more. To those who believed in Mane Code + Co even when I doubted myself. Every client who has walked through our doors has played a huge part of Mane Code + Co’s journey and I’m beyond grateful for the trust, love, and loyalty that make Mane Code + Co what it is today.

This journey has taught me more than I ever imagined—not just about hair and business, but about resilience, patience, and the power of passion. The opportunities that have come my way remind me why I started, and only push me to dream bigger. Mane Code + Co is just getting started, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us.
