What a roller coaster the past few weeks have been.

So many sleepless nights, being by Mum’s side, sleeping on hospital floors, being a mum myself, working and somehow still trying to keep everything moving.

Sometimes life really challenges you mentally, physically and emotionally and you realise just how much strength you can find when you don’t really have a choice but to keep going.

Life can change so quickly. Hold your people close, appreciate the little moments and never take an ordinary day for granted.
