HERE IS THE BIGGEST LESSON I LEARNED…

Believe it or not, I have a dress code for when I’m shooting outdoors vs in studio. When I first started my photography business, I was very concerned about what I wore to every shoot but I wore super cute clothes which prevented me from getting some of the shots I wanted. I wasn’t going to ruin a cute outfit and roll around on the ground for the shot. Nowadays, I definitely go for the shot. That’s why you will not see me dressing. Any kind of cute on a shoot day. 🤷‍♀️. I get my shoot pants from Amazon. They are athletic stretchy pants with pockets on the side which are perfect for my phone and a T-shirt that I don’t mind getting dirty.

It’s not my every day wear. But I will not sacrifice a good shot just to dress cute! IM GETTING THAT SHOT!
For studio shoots, I’m typically in jeans for the same pants but a cuter top and sometimes a blazer because 🥰 I ❤️ a blazer lewk!

It’s ok to wear what is functional and comfortable!! You’re not the one in front of the camera! On days I know I’ll be doing gallery reveals or on-camera work I LOVE to dress cute! But this job is multi-functional and I have wardrobe to match!

Day 2: Joshua Tree
☕️ First things first, @michelleeeallthetime found the awesome @4pawscoffeeco that basically became our am morning routine.
💄💅🏼💆🏼‍♀️We spent the majority of the morning getting the LMC team ready, myself and @makeupglambydeys and even @laceymc got her hands in some hair 💕
🥪Grabbed some lunch from @shermansdeli Palm Springs- Highly Recommend 💯
🚗 Drove to Joshua Tree National Park
📷 @laceymc captured all the girls in their first looks while other made TikTok’s and prepped for their moment to model
👗 Girly’s changed into second looks and got those captured as well.
🌅 Made the drive back to the airbnb to get set up for the next day, and finished it out with some refreshing face masks and a dip in the pool.
