IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! I am truly blessed and happy to see another graceful year. I woke up to the Sun Shinning Bright and a reminder that you can do all things through the Lord that strengthens you 🙏 ✨️ 55 years of learning, lessons, and love. This Birthday is more meaningful for me because I am not only celebrating me but I am celebrating the lives of the women in my family that have already went on to heaven. My beloved family. Women & men who have died early, not making it to 55, my mother,father, my sister, aunts, cousins all due to illnesses.

I had to revamp the way I ate, thought and lived so I could see this day. Health is truly wealth and learning to love yourself first. So #thankful HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 🍾💃🎊💐🥳🎂🎉😘🥳✨️🍾

July 24, 2026, marks one year of sobriety for me—a milestone that has completely changed my life.

On July 24, 2025, I made the decision to walk away from alcohol after years of hurting myself, my body, and the people I love. I knew I no longer wanted to be that version of myself, and I made a promise to choose healing, growth, and peace. Today, I continue to honor that promise by embracing sobriety every single day.

This past year has taught me so much about who I am. I’ve discovered strength I didn’t know I had, learned to love myself more deeply, and realized that I am capable of overcoming even my hardest battles.

To everyone who has supported, encouraged, prayed for, and believed in me throughout this journey—thank you. Your love and support have meant more than words could ever express, and I will always be grateful.

Today, I stand proud knowing that I am strong, intelligent, brave, beautiful, a devoted mother, and a loyal friend. Sobriety didn’t just change my life—it gave me the opportunity to become the woman I was always meant to be.

If you’re reading this and you’re struggling with addiction, please know this: there is hope. Recovery is possible. You are stronger than your addiction, you are worthy of healing, and you are deeply loved. God has not forgotten you. Keep believing in yourself, because one decision can change your entire life.

Here’s to one year sober—and to many more. 🤍

Not every chapter of my life has been easy, but every chapter has taught me something. 🩷

This season is about starting over with faith instead of fear. Being a mom, rebuilding my business, going back to school, setting new goals, and trusting God’s timing every step of the way.

The enemy may try to create obstacles, but what God has for me cannot be taken away. Every setback became a setup for something greater, and for that, I’m grateful.

To anyone who feels like they’re starting from scratch, keep going. Pray anyway. Believe anyway. Show up anyway. Your story isn’t over, and your current situation doesn’t determine your future.

I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing purpose. I’m choosing growth. And most of all, I’m choosing to give God the glory for every blessing, every lesson, and every new beginning.

Here’s to new beginnings, answered prayers, and becoming the woman God called me to be. 💕✨
