POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re taking your kids to the moon. (Metaphorically. For now. 🌚)

SabiLab is landing at Lagos Moonshot, and our founder @makoolb will be attending and sharing about how we’re rethinking the way African kids learn.

We’re building an adaptive learning engine that meets every child where they are and helps them go further. Because the sky really shouldn’t be the limit.

Will you be at Moonshot? Come find us. Let’s talk kids, AI, and the future of learning. 🌍

What’s the difference between using AI to help you think and letting AI do the thinking for you? In this Reel, we break down cognitive offloading vs. cognitive outsourcing, and share 3 practical ways parents can help children use AI more thoughtfully.

Want to go deeper? Check out our latest article with the link in our bio with even more information on this.

What does it actually look like trying to get SabiLab into schools? On some days, this is it.

We spent the day meeting schools, speaking with decision-makers, dropping letters and learning what it really takes to get a new education product into the hands of the people who need it.
Some leads. Some lessons. Some serious legwork.
Know a school that should know about SabiLab? Send them our way...my Lambo might depend on it 😉

This was a simple conversation that buried so many deep themes: elderly loneliness, love, vulnerability, deception, vanity and how social media might expose us in more ways than one.

I’m still debating if love really does make us stupid - would love to know what you think in the comments.

What if every child could learn at the level they’re actually at, not just the grade they’re in?

That’s the idea behind SabiLab.

We’re building personalised learning that helps children find their gaps, work through them, and keep progressing.

We're building for the child who shouldn't have to wait until the next exam to find out they're struggling.

Follow us and join us as we build. And join the waitlist with the link in our bio.

Happy Sunday 🙏🏾. In today’s episode I asked Mr Bolaji about the hardest and most enjoyable aspects of his faith. Surprisingly, they were two sides of the same coin: uncertainty and hope.

Tell me in the comments, what is the hardest thing about faith? What’s the most enjoyable?

Love your neighbour admonishing can feel trite but when Bankole shared how he’s lived that virtue, I was floored. Tell me, would you have done what he did?

It was 7:30pm in Abuja city and Joshua* got a frantic call from another driver who had just been stabbed over a $40 phone. Good Samaritans like Joshua are rare, so it was a pleasure to hear from him how he navigated this life or death situation.

If you were in his shoes, what would you have done?

Pt 2 *Chidi Series: From interviewing Chidi to him questioning why I was documenting our conversation. Curiosity is rare these days. We didn’t stop there — conversations he has had with other passengers took us to a light discourse on class dynamics in Nigeria.

Pt. 1 of Chidi Series: “We were inhaling toxic air from burnt [c*rpses]…In one day I counted 100 [bodies].” says Chidi speaking about the Jos insecurity crisis.

Alt text: Bolu has a conversation with Chidi, a Bolt driver who recounts his multicultural experience born as an Igbo man in a South South state and later ended up living in Jos as a teenager during the genesis of the Jos insecurity crisis in Nigeria. He witnessed what no human ever should: c*rpses overflowing river banks and putrid fumes from burning flesh while the national media underplayed the reality of what he was living everyday. Yet, Chidi is one of the most pleasant and ethnically tolerant Nigerians Bolu has met…
