He was intrigued by my All Souls’ Day candles…or maybe it was the tiny ceramic cat.

I have too many precariously placed objects for someone with a cat.

Malachi finally joined me in the new apartment yesterday.

The move was pretty traumatizing and he’s been hiding under the bed where he feels safe. Sometimes, when he feels like things are cool, he’ll come out to explore, until a strange building sound (elevator, neighbours’ doors, etc) spooks him and just like that, he retreats to his safe spot.

Baby it’s cold outside!

The summer outdoors has been good for the plants, especially for my Xanadu, but alas it’s officially too chilly to keep my plant bbs outside. I’m not sure where they will go, but for now they reside in the guest room (after taking up time and space in the bathroom). Malachi does not look pleased.
