Some fires never die. They just need the right spark. 🔥🥊

Huge gratitude to @malay.house for organising an incredible Muay Thai retreat that reignited the fighter in me. ❤️

A big shoutout to @warriors_fitness_club Coach Rahul Verma for the fantastic Muay Thai padwork session. Even after time away from active training, Coach Rahul brought the best out of me and reminded me why I fell in love with martial arts.

Am I a little rusty? Absolutely. Is there work to do? Plenty. But the fire is back, and that's what matters.

Here's to finding your way back to the things that make you feel alive🥊🔥

Muay Thai training, Muay Thai padwork, kickboxing workout, combat sports, martial arts training, fitness comeback, striking drills, fight training, Muay Thai retreat.

Inspired by @mark.breadner ‘s post on “Things modern yoga has made weird.” While I don’t have decades of yoga practice like him, here are a few learnings I’m taking away from the institute that is still keeping the essence of ancient yoga teachings alive. Very grateful! 🔆

What happens when a running club takes a break from running?

It explores.
It plays.
It moves to a different rhythm.
And somewhere along the way, it finds a different kind of connection.

This October, we are heading to Khopoli for a two-day retreat, that goes beyond training and brings together movement, music, nature, food and community.

🥋 Capoeira & Samba
🌿 A hidden waterfall trek
🧘 Stretch, flow & movement
🧊 An ice plunge
⛺ Sleeping under the hills
🍛 Dinner under the stars
☕ Coffee, conversations & deep questions

No pace goals.
No PRs.
No finish lines.

Just two days to move, explore, play, slow down and connect.

And we want to know : what are you most excited about? 👀

The Capoeira?
The waterfall trek?
The ice plunge?
The food?
Or maybe just getting away from the city with good people?

Tell us in the comments 👇

📍 Malay House, Khopoli
📅 2-3 October

Come for Capoeira.
