Let’s settle this: Soy protein does NOT increase estrogen in men. 🚫📉 Over 40+ studies confirm it has zero effect on testosterone. In fact, it’s a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids perfect for muscle growth. 🌱💪. Women should also not be afraid of soy, it is the best plant based protein: Let’s go 🙌🏾

Let’s go! 💪🏾
Want to lose weight? Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Here are some reasons why! 💤👇

1. You feel like you are starving!
Less sleep = more cravings, less fullness

2. Slower Metabolism
Your body burns fewer calories when tired.

3. More Fat Storage
Poor sleep = higher blood sugar & more belly fat that everyone hates.

4. Less Energy to Move
Tired? You will not want to do any form of exercise.

5. Junk Food Temptation
Tiredness tricks your brain into wanting more unhealthy sugar food and carbs!

Fix your sleep, fix your results.Aim for 7-9 hours daily!😴💪

Sneakers or "tennis Shoes" as Pastor said. Whichever it is, our young people sure rocked it well.

Final Youth Sunday and we had to do it in style.
