we found a gap in the system. 🔎
(⚠️ long caption incoming)

there are so many talented, ambitious young people in Tanzania, but access to the opportunities required to take them places is fragmented.
scholarships, summer programs, competitions, mentorship programs, research spaces, internships... exist. but most students either don't hear about them in time, don't understand how to apply, or don't believe they're even qualified.

and that is the gap. not in intelligence. not in ambition. a gap in access. one we call the space between—the space between potential and opportunity, between wanting more and actually knowing how to pursue it.

that's where Bridge 255 comes in.

we are a youth-led platform focused on making opportunities visible, understandable and realistic for Tanzanian students navigating life beyond the classroom. we break things down and explain processes. we interview people who have gone through them to demystify what might feel intimidating. not to glorify success but to decode it and show that it is possible.

primary school, secondary school, or university; wherever you are, we hope to be the bridge to the opportunities you deserve.

your ambitions should not be a myth. join the movement! 🚀
