I used AI to scale this business from 10k/mo to 10k/day. And I never showed my face. This was the proudest moment of my career. Until now, every business I built used my personal branding strategy. I showed my process and told my story to build a 7-figure agency w/ no ads

But this was completely different. A whole new industry. And I never showed my face.

I wasn’t going to tell this story, but at an investor dinner in LA I met a journalist named Bill with 30k followers. I told him how I used AI to scale my company and he convinced me.

Here’s what most people get wrong about AI. They think it’s all or nothing. One golden ticket to riches.
The real opportunity? The intersection.
That’s what I call the "Hybrid AI Framework." Using AI to amplify what you already do best.

We found a creator stuck at 10k/month despite having everything: 500k followers, great product, viral content.
When we ordered it, we knew instantly. This had viral DNA. But nobody was selling it right.

So we taught AI to think like the people behind million-dollar campaigns. Then built a content engine that turned one strategy into 24/7 viral content.

The breakthrough came from our most controversial bet. It could have killed the company.
Instead? One video. One million views. One million dollars.

All without showing my face.
We scaled to $3.5M in 8 months. But then I was curious if I had just gotten a lucky. So I started testing it again. I started coaching my old teammates to launch their own companie too.

Wow. Shout out to my boy who nominated me. Haven’t been in sum like this since Meta put me in TechCrunch a few years ago. Back then, I thought I just got lucky. I couldn’t believe I was on the front page.

Looking back now, I realize that mindset came from doing it all the hard way. When I started my first business at 16, I didn’t have a team or a mentor. It was just me, late nights, and Google. Every win felt fragile, like it could disappear at any moment.

Now? I’ve gone from making my first $100K as a kid to building businesses that make millions and helping others do the same. And that feeling? It still feels surreal.

I remember when I used to talk about Ms in college—it was just Hyperbole. Hearsay. Manifestation. It felt so far away that it was almost like a joke.
Now, when I talk about Ms, I’m talking about my real life. That alone is crazy to process.

If only I knew then what I know now, I could’ve saved myself so much time, stress, and wasted energy.
I made every mistake you can think of. I tried to do it all alone. And for a long time, I thought that was the only way.
That’s why this article isn’t about me. It’s about everybody who has been a part of this journey.

Everybody I’ve worked with. Every founder who came to me with their wildest ideas and said “Let’s build something crazy together.”

All the late nights, all the crazy pivots, all the projects where we didn’t know if it would work—but we made it happen anyway

That’s what it’s really about.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: no one wins alone. That’s why I’m so focused on building community and giving back now.
