It’s crazy how one small moment can quietly shape your entire future.

Years ago, I met someone who probably had no idea the impact he was leaving behind. It started with something as simple as exceptional service, but it didn’t end there. He took the time to go beyond that—to connect, to encourage, and to hand me a card that I held onto for years without fully understanding why I couldn’t let it go.

Now, standing here after graduating from airline training I once only dreamed about, I finally understand. That moment, that conversation, and that simple gesture stayed with me longer than anything else. It pushed me, even on the days I didn’t realize I needed it.

Life has a funny way of coming full circle. And today, I can honestly say that one interaction helped guide me toward the path I’m on now.

Some people don’t realize the impact they make… but I’ll never forget yours. ✈️ @malickmercier I’m forever grateful we crossed paths and you will forever hold a spot in my heart 💙🧡

HAPPY 25 JETBLUE!!

25 years ago today, Flight 1 took off from New York’s JFK to Fort Lauderdale, Florida sparking the birth of a new era of air travel. It takes a lot to survive in a very competitive and volatile industry, but 25 years and 300 planes later, we’re still here with more on the way. Who knew a little carrier with Blue planes would end up pushing boundaries and flying to Europe?

To my JetBlue family: Thank you for supporting me over the last year. I would not be where I am today in JetBlue without you. This post is dedicated to all 22,000 of YOU! From SJU to LHR and beyond! We may face our headwinds as a company, but together we can do so many great things that sets us apart and literally bring Humanity back to air travel, something so desperately needed in today’s world.

To my FLL family: Thank you for welcoming me 2 years ago and reminding me everyday why I picked the right airline to be at. I look forward to coming in every day because of YOU, even when it’s an IROP day. It always puts a smile on my face when I see how much you appreciate my work. Let’s continue to work hard, have fun, and be the best Blue city out there!!

Cheers to another BLUEtiful 25 years and beyond!!

One of my favorite memories of the month: finally getting to fly with Malick M.!

Believe it or not, we first met from a Tweet, way back in 2015 (swipe to see ➡️). I was in Airports at JFK, Malick was a young airline reporter — and JetBlue superfan.

I was so excited to see him join JetBlue, and have been beyond proud to watch him soar as an inflight crewmember.

Malick, you’re a shining example for this entire team! Grateful for you! 💙🧡
