This is the insane one-wheel dance I do with @make.art.now. We’re inside a $38-million mansion rolling thru giant aquariums and super tight squeezes. It’s hard to do in sneakers meanwhile Josh Yeo does it seamlessly riding a one-wheel in forward , reverse, and even with a camera held high over his head all in a single take 🛞💨 🙌🏽
check out the Link in bio to see what the final production looks like… and tour the really gigantic over-the-top house with us and listing agent @danmalka_re @cnbcprime #realestate #architecture #luxuryhomes #luxuryrealestate #inteirordesign #onewheel #cinematography #realtor #realestateagent

Hedge fund mogul Jeffrey Feinberg has relisted his Brentwood mansion for $38,000,000 ✨

Jeffrey Feinberg first listed the extravagant estate for $48 million in June of 2022. In December, he lowered the price to $43 million. Now, the property has reappeared for sale with a $38 million price tag, 6 million less than Feinberg originally paid.

The mansion, named “Star Resort” overlooks the Getty Museum and features numerous luxurious amenities: a car gallery, three-hole putting green, and Kobe Bryant-themed basketball court.

Star Resort offers a 12-seat movie theater, a 70-foot pool, a trio of roof decks, and state-of-the-art security in the form of a laser system. A detached two-story guesthouse completes the estate.

How much would you pay for this property?

📍Brentwood, Los Angeles, California
7 Beds · 11 Baths · 16,672 Sq. Ft.
Listed at $38,000,000 by @danmalka_re @yohann_bensimon
