This was truly in 12 years of festival attendance such a standout weekend for me. From living in Ionia for 3 years in middle school to witness this event in one of the places I’ve called home was something special. Growing up mainly in Cadillac, a town ravaged with meth use, to where I had my high school boyfriend and best friend become addicted along with many others, to see the rise of @billystrings really strikes a chord (pun intended). From someone using meth to a sober father with 3 Grammys he truly shows that it is possible to rise above addiction. The entire weekend was filled with new friends and old from every corner of my life. The bluegrass community and Michigan music in general has so much to offer. There really is nothing like dancing around to ding-a-ling music to heal the soul. Thank you to everyone involved that made this possible and fingers crossed we’ll get to do it again soon!

🌸✨ Petals & Prana ✨🌿

Another beautiful night of softening, stretching, connecting, and elevating together.
Abundantly Elevated x Key Massage & Wellness 420 wellness sessions continue to grow with every event, and we’re so grateful for everyone choosing to spend their energy with us. 🫶

Huge love to @elysium_cultivation for blessing us with the flower sponsor vibes, and @hytekdetroit for bringing the yummy terps that helped set the tone for an ooey gooey yin flow. & @theforteshop came thru with the CBD body topicals for those spots yoga just isn’t enough for! 🧴🍃💨

Yes, it may have been advertised as a quicker-paced class 😅 but I always listen to the energy of the room in the moment, and clearly our bodies needed softness, stillness, and release.

Join us next month June 16th in Hazel Park for our next Petals & Prana session 🌸
Can’t wait that long? Meet us in Milan on Tuesday 5/19 for the same vibes, different location ✨

Use code LOYALTY to save on all Abundantly Elevated tickets 🎟️
Link in bio or search us on Eventbrite 💫

We look forward to flowing with you soon 🩵💛💚

Excited to announce that I will be VJing at @movementdetroit this year! In addition to producing custom visuals, I will be assisting on main stage all weekend!

Thank you to all of my friends and family that have supported this dream since 2016!

Here’s a slideshow of some of my VJing and friends I’ve spent Movement with! Thank you to Gabe Hall (light_bender) for this opportunity!

2025, year 27, year of the snake 🐍. I am my ancestors wildest dream, I am unapologetically confident, self assured & imperfect. I am kind, I am loving, I create spaces where people feel comfortable to be themselves fully. I am everything I desire to be and I am so damn proud of myself. Excited to see what 28 and the year of the fire horse brings. 🔥🐎
