Our March 3-13 Southern Atolls trip was a special one, and this trip recap summarizes it perfectly. No egos, plenty of laughs, and real progression in the water. A huge thanks to the crew above for making it one to remember. Thanks to @nic_spiers for the world class coaching, @edam for always making sure we’re in the right place at the right time, and @beth.louise_photography for the incredible media! Lastly, thanks to @salt_and_gorse for the edit 🙌

Trip two of the season complete! And it’s gonna be a hard one to top 😅 We were welcomed by some solid, overhead surf, with several of this level 2/3 crew pushing their limits and scoring the waves of their lives just hours after landing. The swell then eased off slightly but glassy conditions remained, leaving us with 2-3ft runners for the tail end of the trip. Progression heaven! Above all, these legends are what made it so special. It’s always epic when a group clicks on arrivals day and this crew certainly did that. Thank you all so much 🫶🏽

Doing something you have never done before is a great way of letting your body move differently to normal, as well as having fun, especially when you do it with a group of great mates. - - I have wanted to try SUP for a few years but obviously decided not to do it in nice warm areas such as Barbados and Dubai in favour of the River Avon in October. 😂 luckily the day was warm enough that the water was refreshing rather than freezing. - - My body knew it had had a work out after and my muscles can still feel it 2 days on. Will be giving it another try soon. - - #movement #movementcoach #movementcoaching #oxfordpt #oxfordpersonaltrainer #oxfordpersonaltraining #movewell #movebetter #painfree #getoutofpain #functionaltraining #functionalfitness #rehab #rehabilitation #foundationtraining #anatomyinmotion #pronation #supination #walkingwell #healthybody #livewell #oxford #wallingford #anthonyrichardsonpt #sup #paddleboarding #originalwild
