💙Which words could I use for this experience of Amorgos? This is not just a place, it is a deep dive in the ocean of feelings, where you are being called to rediscover your true self.

💙Wild and welcoming at the same time.

💙Sea, wind, sun, earth.. all untamed but still inviting you to become an explorer, as your life deserves it.

💙Have the courage to feel everything and have the courage to walk your path.

💙This photo is just one of many, from the photoshooting session I had with amazing Aga @bigblueyoga at the magical rooftop of @aegialis_hotel_spa 💫💫💫

💙Amorgos is a place to be returning to! Soon..

💙I can’t believe it’s already been a week since our Amorgos retreat!

💙Months of preparing every part of it and when the time comes, everything flows, and then it seems as if it were just a blip in time.

💙But still, these 4 days were full of feelings, connections, joy, action, release, dance, tastes, views.. and anticipation for our next retreat experiences!

💙Stay tuned for more updates ✨

💙Moments of our Amorgos retreat in 18-21/9/2026!

💙This retreat was a “package” of wellness, joy, yoga, dance, exploration, connection! And the whole group was ready to indulge in the experience of every single moment. Ten different women bringing their own unique story each one of them, and showing that the thread of life is always there connecting us. We just need to slow down, take a deep conscious breath and let go..

💙@billy_anthi @maraviglia_bakery_pastry_cafe @nico_lediama @esjake @e.kelaiditou Georgia @katerinakalesi @antoniou.elen Sissy & Despina 💙

💙Thanks deeply to @aegialis_hotel_spa @aegialis_retreats for the meaningful collaboration and support! 🙏🏽

💙Many thanks to @trast_travel for making our travels smooth! ✈️⛴️

💙And lastly, but not least, @charaktiki.gr and @upharmacy.gr for the gifts that will make us recall this experience in the future! 💝

🔷Can’t wait to return to this magical place!

🙏🏽Although I love the whole summer season (summer vibes forever!😎🤘🏼), usually at the ending of August my mood transitions to a more contemplative vibe, ready to welcome the autumn months to come and the year ahead.

💙But now, even more, I can’t wait for September and our Elevated Reset Retreat at @aegialis_hotel_spa ! How amazing is that!

🔥The group has been formed, the details are being arranged and we’re setting the tone for an extension of the summer!

✨Practicing in spaces like this reminds me of how much I love to share yoga practices with people who join me in retreats and activities.

✨Organising and facilitating a yoga retreat is a holistic experience not only for the participants, but also for the leader themselves.

✨My true passion is creating, leading and facilitating experiences that inspire you
•to feel the joy of life,
•to feel energised in body and mind,
•to find your own inner aliveness,
•to let your curiosity expand your spirit and
•to see how interconnected everything is.

✅Join me in my upcoming retreat:
